In my time in the charity world, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet and work with some great and quality designers, photographers and videographers (list at the bottom).

One commonality among my conversations with them is the frustration with the disconnect between actual value and perceived value from organizations and businesses and themselves. Charities, I believe, are even more at fault for this. If you want one reason why charities have not been in the mainstream as much as businesses, and there are many, it is we do not spend to produce the quality that they do. While we are getting better, we still need to be sure we are willing to pay for great quality from great people. I found this video very funny and fitting to my own experience. Enjoy!
